Im vorliegenden Kapitel erläutern wir die Begriffe Kommunikation, kommunikative Kompetenz (Kommunikationskompetenz) und Kommunikationspsychologie. Damit möchten wir die Grundlage für das Verständnis der weiteren Kapitel legen.
