Zusammenfassung
Inman (1976) hob hervor, daß für eine normale Gehbewegung das Zusammenspiel der größeren Gelenke der Fußwurzelknochen mit den Sprunggelenken notwendig ist. Frakturen des Talus, Kalkaneus, Os naviculare sowie des Os cuboideum treten häufig gemeinsam mit Verletzungen der Sprunggelenke auf und wie bei anderen Gelenkfrakturen ist eine anatomische Rekonstruktion und Fixation sowie eine frühe Mobilisation erstrebenswert.
