Zusammenfassung

Bei einer Sehprüfung (beispielsweise Führerscheinsehtest) wird häufig nur die zentrale Tagessehschärfe für die Ferne geprüft. Diese ist leicht zu prüfen und liefert wertvolle Hinweise auf die Qualität des Netzhautbildes und auf Refraktionsanomalien (Fehlsichtigkeiten), die normalerweise problemlos mit Brillen oder Kontaktlinsen korrigiert werden können.
