Zusammenfassung
Der Anteil älterer Menschen in der Bundesrepublik, in den anderen europäischen Ländern, ja in der ganzen Welt steigt rapide (vgl. Lehr 1996, 1998). Freuen wir uns über diese zunehmende Langlebigkeit, denn schließlich ist es das Ziel einer jeden Gesundheitspolitik seit Jahrzehnten, ein hohes Lebensalter bei psychophysischem Wohlbefinden zu erreichen- wie es die vielen Programme der WHO deutlich werden lassen.
