Zusammenfassung

Die Abgrenzung, wann eine organische psychische Störung vorliegt und wann nicht, ist in der ICD-10 [7, 8, 29, 30] und in dem DSM-IV [1, 23] unterschiedlich, aber insgesamt nicht zufriedenstellend gelöst. Die Einteilung soll eigentlich nach einem atheoretischen Ansatz anhand des psychopathologischen Befundes erfolgen, ihr liegen aber auch ätiologische Annahmen zu Grunde.
