Zusammenfassung

Die vordere untere Schulterluxation ist die häufigste Luxation beim Menschen. Ihre Inzidenz schwankt zwischen 8,2-12,3 Luxationen jährlich pro 100.000 Personen [17, 22, 35], sinkt jedoch rasch mit zunehmendem Alter: von 20 pro 100.000 Personen zwischen dem 15. und 20. Lebensjahr auf 5 nach dem 30. Lebensjahr [29].
