Zusammenfassung

Isolierte Verletzungen des proximalen Radius sind häufig. Frakturen im Bereich des Radiusköpfchens oder -halses enstehen in der Regel durch einen Sturz auf die pronierte, dorsalflektierte Hand. Die axiale Stauchung gegen das Capitulum humeri führt dabei zu Impression, Abscherung oder Zertrümmerung der proximalen Radiusgelenkfläche. Die Stauchungszone liegt beim Sturz auf die pronierte Hand medial, bei der Röntgendiagnostik des supinierten Unterarms lateral (Wolter et al. 1982; Abb.4.1a,b).
