Zusammenfassung
Da in den früheren Jahren die konservative Behandlung in einem hohen Maße zu Pseudarthrosen führte, hat diese Behandlungsform in der heutigen Zeit keinerlei Bedeutung. Die heute dominierende Ursache der Pseudarthrose sind biologisch oder biomechanisch zu erklären.
