Zusammenfassung

Dieses 1902 erstmals von Michaelis und Gutmann im Bereich der Blase festgestellte [17] und 1903 von David von Hansemann als Malakoplakie (griech.: „weiche Plaques“) bezeichnete seltene chronisch -entzündliche Krankheitsbild [11] kann zahlreiche Organe involvieren. Bevorzugt betrifft es den Harntrakt [28]. Selten können die Veränderungen auch an der Haut, bevorzugt in der Perianalregion (Abb.6.1) [I, 19,25,26] und im Gastrointestinaltrakt, vorwiegend im linken Kolonbereich, in Erscheinung treten [3, 5-9, 12-14,22].
