Zusammenfassung

Unter Hämorrhoiden versteht man eine mehr oder weniger ausgeprägte Hyperplasie des arteriell gespeisten Corpus cavernosum recti [42]. Dieser Schwellkörper, dessen funktionelle Aufgabe die Gewährleistung der Feinkontinenz ist (S.14ff.), wird aus den 3 Ästen der A. rectalis superior versorgt (S.9), wodurch die 3 Prädilektionsstellen der inneren Hämorrhoidalknoten bei 300, 700 und 11 00 Steinschnittlage erklärbar sind.
