Zusammenfassung

Die häufigsten benignen Tumoren und Pseudotumoren der Gallenblase sind die Cholesterinpolypen, die adenomyomatöse Hyperplasie und die Adenome. Gewebsheterotypien, mesenchymale Wandtumoren und spezielle Entzündungsformen sind sehr viel seltener anzutreffen (Tabelle 1). Die Cholesterolose und die Adenomyomatose hat Jutras neben anderen Krankheitsbildern unter dem Begriff der hyperplastischen Cholezystosen zusammengefaßt, worunter er nicht-entzündliche und nicht-tumoröse Veränderungen der Gallenblase versteht [4].
