Zusammenfassung

Frakturen im Kindesalter werden hinsichtlich der Beteiligung der Wachstumsfugen gesondert klassifiziert. Hierbei wird insbesondere auf die Beteiligung der Wachstumsfugen Rücksicht genommen, aber auch auf die möglichen Wachstumsstörungen. Die AO-Klassifikation von Frakturen im Kindesalter wird detailliert dargestellt, ebenso die LILA-Klassifikation. Für spezielle Verletzungsregionen finden sich die anatomischen Klassifikationen in den jeweiligen Kapiteln.
