Zusammenfassung

Frakturen des proximalen Radiuskopfes weisen ein altersabhängiges großes Korrekturpotenzial auf und werden überwiegend konservativ behandelt. Bei Überschreiten der Toleranz sollten indirekte Operationsverfahren angewandt werden, um die Durchblutung nicht zu gefährden. Dislozierte Olekranonfrakturen sind Gelenkfrakturen, die korrekt eingerichtet und stabilisiert werden müssen.
