Zusammenfassung

Die genaue Analyse von Ellenbogenverletzungen im Kindesalter ist essenziell wichtig, aber auch schwierig. Ellenbogenluxationen mit Epikondylenabrissen werden reponiert und der Epikondylus meist refixiert. Die suprakondyläre distale Humerusfraktur muss genau klassifiziert werden. Sie erfordert eine korrekte Reposition und bei höhergradigen Frakturen eine Osteosynthese. Intraartikuläre Condylus-radialis-Verletzungen müssen erkannt und bei vollständigen Frakturen mittels Schraubenosteosynthese oberhalb der Fuge fixiert werden.
