Zusammenfassung

Frakturen der Klavikula sind häufige Verletzungen, die nur selten einer operativen Therapie bedürfen. Sternoklavikularluxationen erfordern eine Schnittbildgebung und stellen anspruchsvolle Verletzungen dar. Schultereckgelenkverletzungen sowie Skapulafrakturen erfordern selten eine operative Stabilisierung. Bei Schulterluxationen müssen akute von habituellen unterschieden werden und erfordern bei Dislokation des Labrums eine arthroskopische Stabilisierung.
