Zusammenfassung

Die Schmerzen von Kindern müssen gut eingeschätzt und in jedem Fall behandelt werden. Kinderspezifische Schmerzskalen können zusätzlich zur klinischen Beurteilung verwendet werden. Die Schmerztherapiekonzepte sollten möglichst mit Kinderärzten abgestimmt werden. Beispielhaft wird hier das Berner Schmerzkonzept dargestellt.
