Zusammenfassung

Das vorliegende Kapitel behandelt gleichermaßen polizeiliche, zivile und militärische Massenanfälle. Die unterschiedlichen Terminologien und Organisationsstrukturen werden parallel aufgezeigt. In den ersten beiden Abschnitten dieses Kapitels werden Begriffe, theoretische und konzeptionelle Grundlagen und Systeme erläutert, im dritten Abschnitt wird dann die konkrete Herangehensweise dargestellt.
