Zusammenfassung

Hämangiome sind die häufigsten Gefäßtumoren und kommen bei 2% aller Säuglinge vor. Sie durchlaufen typische drei Phasen der Entwicklung (Wachstum, Stagnation, Rückbildung) und können je nach Größe erhebliche Residuen hinterlassen. Daher ist unter bestimmten Bedingungen eine Therapie erforderlich. Gefäßfehlbildungen (vaskuläre Malformationen) sind angeboren, da sie in am Anfang der Embryonalentwicklung entstehen. Sie können das Blutgefäßsystem und das lymphatische System betreffen. Malformationen zeigen keine spontane Remission. Melanozytäre Nävi sind erworben oder kongenital; dabei können kongenitale Nävi mit zunehmender Größe später zu Melanomen führen.
