Zusammenfassung
Resektionsarthroplastik/Arthrodese proximales Interphalangealgelenk
Für die operative Behandlung der Krallen- und Hammerzehen steht eine Vielzahl verschiedener operativer Maßnahmen zur Verfügung. Dabei zählen die OP nach Hohmann und die PIP-Arthrodese (Arthrodese des proximalen Interphalangealgelenks) zu den etabliertesten und am häufigsten angewendeten OP-Verfahren. Sie sind technisch vergleichsweise einfach durchführbar und für die Behandlung der kontrakten, passiv nicht korrigierbaren Krallen- und Hammerzehe geeignet. Andere operative Korrekturmaßnahmen wie die Verkürzungsosteotomie am Mittelfußknochen nach Weil (▶ Kap. 8.2) oder korrigierende Sehnentransfers, z. nach Girdlestone-Taylor B. (▶ Kap. 8.4), sollten der Behandlung flexibler, passiv korrigierbarer Krallen- und Hammerzehen vorbehalten bleiben (Arnold 2005).
