Zusammenfassung

Durch das Anlegen plastischer Tracheostomata mit primarer Epithelialisierung des Tracheostomakanals durch mukokutane Anastomierung hat sich die Komplikationsrate bei der Tracheotomie deutlich reduzieren lassen. Ein granulierender Kanal zwischen der Haut am Hals und der eroffneten Trachea sollte stets vermieden werden.
