Die Anästhesiologie

Zusammenfassung

Nach Angaben des statistischen Bundesamts sind die Häufigkeiten der Todesursachen in Deutschland seit Jahren stabil. Mit Abstand führen Herz-Kreislauf-Erkrankungen die Sterbestatistik als Haupttodesursache an. Dies impliziert für den Anästhesisten die enorme Bedeutung um das Wissen der Grundlagen und Prinzipien des kardiovaskulären Systems. Im folgenden Kapitel werden die Anatomie und Physiologie des Herz-Kreislaufsystem dargestellt und die Pathophysiologie der häufigsten Herz-Kreislauf-Erkrankungen aufgezeigt. Im Anschluss erfolgt eine kurze Übersicht über die speziellen Möglichkeiten der kardiovaskulären Diagnostik.
