Zusammenfassung
Taktische Verwundetenversorgung beginnt mit der Feststellung und Beurteilung der Lage. Ist eine weitere Gefährdung für Verwundete und Helfer ausgeschlossen, kann eine umfangreichere Versorgung mit medizinischem Schwerpunkt unmittelbar erfolgen. Stehen Patienten dagegen weiter unter Beschuss und müssen andere Soldaten sich bei der Rettung selber hochgradig gefährden, dominieren militärische Aspekte: das Vorgehen orientiert sich an den Richtlinien der Phase »Care under Fire«. Einzelheiten zur Lagefeststellung und -beurteilung sind in ► Kap. 6 dargestellt.
