Dieser Abschnitt richtet sich insbesondere an die Träger der präklinischen Versorgung, wenn keine Hörtestanlage verfügbar ist. Es werden jedoch auch die weiteren therapeutischen Möglichkeiten für Einrichtungen dargestellt, die nicht ohne Weiteres in der Lage sind, einen HNO-Arzt persönlich zu Rate zu ziehen, aber mit einer Hörtestanlage ausgestattet sind (ROLE 1+ und ROLE 2+).
