Zusammenfassung

In der geburtshilflichen Sonographie kommt bevorzugt das B-Mode-Verfahren mit Frequenzen von 3,0–7,0 MHz zum Einsatz. Durch die Dopplersonographie werden zusätzlich funktionelle Untersuchungen zur fetalen Zustandsdiagnostik ermöglicht.
