Zusammenfassung

Das Perikard umschließt das Herz und die Ursprünge der großen Gefäße und ist mit straffen Ligamenten an Zwerchfell, Wirbelsäule und Sternum fixiert. Die nervöse Versorgung erfolgt durch den N. vagus, den Plexus oesophageus, kardiale, diaphragmale und aortale Nervengeflechte sowie über Fasern aus dem Ganglion stellatum. Die Blutversorgung wird durch Äste der A. mammaria interna, der Aorta und der das Zwerchfell versorgenden Arterien übernommen.
