Zusammenfassung

Erfolg oder Misserfolg einer Frakturbehandlung im Kindesalter hängt sehr eng mit der Kenntnis und Ausführung einer korrekten Reposition zusammen. Die Reposition stellt nicht nur eine reine Technik dar, sondern muss im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes auch als »Kunst« angesehen werden. Deshalb kann man diese Kunst oft nicht unmittelbar vermitteln, da sie sehr stark an die eigenen Hände und Geschicklichkeit gebunden ist. Dennoch kann man gewisse Tricks und Handhabungen erlernen, die auch in schwierigeren Situationen zu einem guten Resultat führen.
