Zusammenfassung
Abdominaltraumen betreffen sowohl den Weichteilmantel, das knöcherne Skelett als auch die intraabdominellen Organe. Mit Verletzungen des Weichteilmantels sind Bauchdeckenwunden – mit oder ohne Perforation –, Decollements oder Verbrühungen und Verbrennungen gemeint (► Kap. 25). Knöcherne Verletzungen sind selten, zu Frakturen der Wirbelsäule siehe ► Kap. 12. Beim eigentlichen Abdominaltrauma sind die inneren Organe betroffen. Hierbei erstreckt sich die klinische Variabilität von der Beobachtungspflichtigkeit eines nahezu beschwerdefreien Patienten bis hin zum lebensbedrohlichen Zustand.
