Immunreaktionen gegen neutrophile Granulozyten

Zusammenfassung

Wie gegen Erythrozyten könnnen Menschen auch irreguläre Antikörper gegen neutrophile Granulozyten bilden. Diese können allogener oder autologer Natur sein. Folgen sind möglicherweise eine neonatale Immunneutropenie, eine verzögerte Myelopoese nach ablativer Stammzelltransplantation sowie febrile und pulmonale Transfusionsreaktionen. Granulozytäre Autoantikörper können isoliert auftreten und führen dann zu einer primären Autoimmunneutropenie, oder sie enstehen im Gefolge einer bereits bestehenden Grundkrankheit wie dem systemischen Lupus erythematodes. Nach Stammzelltransplantationen können granulozytäre Autoantikörper Ursache einer erneuten Granulozytopenie nach initialem Angehen der Myelopoese sein. Schließlich können Medikamente Anlass zur Autoantikörperbildung geben, die eine Medikamenten-induzierte Immunneutropenie verursachen.
