Zusammenfassung

Die Zuteilung medizinischer und pflegerischer Leistungen am Krankenbett (Mikroallokation) steht im Spannungsfeld zwischen Kostendruck mit dem Risiko für Benachteiligung und High-Tec Therapie mit dem Risiko für Überversorgung. Benachteiligung wie auch Überversorgung werfen ethische Fragen auf.
