Zusammenfassung

Sedierungen zur Bronchoskopie werden derzeit meist mit Midazolam durchgeführt. Am Vortag kann man ein Anxiolytikum geben, z. B. Tranxilium (20 mg). Die generelle Prämedikation mit Atropin ist als obsolet zu erachten. Bei fraglichem Nutzen hat man zu viele Nebenwirkungen, u. a. Erregungszustände und Tachyarrhythmien.
