Zusammenfassung

Die Haut als größtes Organ des Körpers ist bei nahezu 90% der misshandelten Kinder betroffen. Unterschiedliche schädigende Mechanismen führen am häufigsten zu Kontusionen (stumpfe Gewalt) und Abrasionen (Hautabschürfungen), Risswunden und Verbrennungen (◘ Tab. 4.1 und ◘ Tab. 4.2). Selten sind Folgen einer scharfen Gewalteinwirkung (Schnitte) oder Folgen komprimierender Einwirkungen auf den Hals (Würgen, Drosseln). Derartige Befunde finden sich häufiger bei sexuell motivierten (Tötungs-)Delikten.
