Zusammenfassung
Die Möglichkeit, Steine der Harnblase und des oberen Harntrakts effektiv auf endoskopischem Wege, d. h. minimal-invasiv zu behandeln, hat heute die offen-operativen Interventionen zur Steinsanierung bis auf wenige Ausnahmen abgelöst. Harnsteine nahezu jeder Größe und Lokalisation werden entweder retrograd-ureteroskopisch oder perkutan-nephroskopisch erreicht, desintegriert und aus dem Hohlsystem entfernt.
