Zusammenfassung
In diesem Beitrag werden neben theoretischen Überlegungen zu Teamarbeit und Gesundheit der Stand der Forschung zur Empirie sowie gesundheitsbezogene Interventionen bei Teamarbeit dargestellt. Eine theoretische Grundlage bietet der sozio-technische Systemansatz (STS) ergänzend zu Modellen zu Arbeit und Gesundheit, wie das Stress- und Ressourcenmanagementmodell. Die Empirie zu Teamarbeit und Gesundheit ist noch vergleichsweise dünn; sie bestätigt theoretisch abgeleitete Stressoren und Ressourcen der Teamarbeit, wie Selbstregulationsmöglichkeiten und die Gestaltung interner Kooperationsprozesse. Teamarbeit ist weit verbreitet, allerdings ist die Qualität fraglich. Ergebnisse des ReSuM-Projektes sowie ein neues Instrument zur Erfassung personaler Ressourcen der Teamarbeit werden vorgestellt und Ansatzpunkte gesundheitsbezogener Interventionen für Teamarbeit aufgezeigt. Bedingungsbezogene, teambasierte Interventionen, die auf eine Veränderung der Arbeitssituation abzielen, sind erfolgversprechend, da sie die Erreichbarkeit der Betroffenen gewährleisten. Die wenigen evaluierten, teambasierten Trainingsprogramme zeigen ihre Wirksamkeit auf, die — zumindest bei Geringqualifizierten — von der Teamqualität bzw. von regelmäßigen Teamsitzungen abhängig sind.
