Zusammenfassung

Gesamtkörperwasser und Extrazellulärflüssigkeit des Feten nehmen im letzten Trimenon der Schwangerschaft ab. Postnatal setzt sich diese Entwicklung bei gleichzeitiger Zunahme der Intrazellulärflüssigkeit fort [21, 45]. Bei eutrophen Frühgeborenen zwischen 25 und 30 SSW beträgt der gesamte Wassergehalt bei der Geburt etwa 850 ml/kg KG, die extrazelluläre Flüssigkeit etwa 500 ml/kg KG [17].
