Es gibt keine validierte Definition der neonatalen Hypoglykämie [2, 22, 23, 30, 44]. Wir verwenden folgende Grenzwerte:

  • <2,0 mmol/l = 36 mg/dl in den ersten 2 Lebensstunden

  • <2,5 mmol/l = 45 mg/dl nach 2 Lebensstunden
