Zusammenfassung

Ersatz der Beugesehne durch freies Sehnentransplantat bei alten Verletzungen beider Beugesehnen in der Zone II. Die Sehnenstümpfe werden reseziert und nur die tiefe Beugesehne wird ersetzt. Zwei Sehnentransplantate in einem Finger funktionieren nicht. Für die Greiffunktion ist die tiefe Beugesehne ausreichend.
