Zusammenfassung
Im Konzept der heutigen postoperativen Schmerztherapie bilden Opioide eine zentrale Säule, flankiert von den antipyretisch-antiphlogistischen Analgetika (z. B. Metamizol, Paracetamol), wodurch sich in vielen Fällen auch eine Opioideinsparung bis zu 20% erreichen lässt (⊡ Abb. 16-1; ⊡ Tabelle 16-1).
