Zusammenfassung
Stressharninkontinenz ist verknüpft mit Sphinkterdysfunktion und urethraler Hypermobilität. Die allgemein akzeptierten Gründe hierfür sind Nachlassen der Kompressionskraft des Sphinkters sowie Abschwächung der urethralen Stützstrukturen im kleinen Becken.
