Zusammenfassung

Die allgemeine Anamnese, d. h. das Gespräch und die Erhebung der Krankengeschichte der Patientin, liefern dem Untersucher notwendige Informationen, um sich einen Überblick über das Ausmaß und die Schwere der Erkrankung zu verschaffen. Zudem führt eine gründliche und gut strukturierte Anamnese in einer Vielzahl der Fälle zu einer Diagnose und hilft in der Entscheidung über die Notwendigkeit und die Indikation weiterer diagnostischer Schritte.
