Zusammenfassung

Als „Aortenatresie“ wird eine Fehlbildung mit vollständigem Verschluss der Aortenklappe und hypoplastischer Aorta ascendens bezeichnet. Ohne hypoplastischen linken Ventrikel kommt sie praktisch nur in Verbindung mit einem nichtrestriktiven Ventrikelseptumdefekt und einer normal großen Mitralklappe vor.
