Zusammenfassung

Kongenitale Obstruktionen des linksventrikulären Ausflusstrakts gehören mit etwa 10% zu den häufigen angeborenen Herzfehlbildungen (Samanek et al. 1989). Die Aortenstenose wird entsprechend ihrer Lokalisation bezüglich der Aortenklappe als valvuläre, subvalvuläre bzw. supravalvuläre oder als Kombination („Mehretagenstenose“) klassifiziert.
