Die Verordnungen der Antimykotika haben sich 2006 insgesamt auf dem niedrigen Niveau der beiden Vorjahre gehalten, in denen sie als Folge des GKV-Modernisierungs-Gesetzes (GMG) und des damit verbundenen Verordnungsausschlusses nicht verschreibungspflichtiger Arzneimittel aus der Erstattungspflicht der GKV um ca. 50% zurückgegangen waren. Topische Monopräparate wurden 2006 insgesamt nochmals um 12% seltener verordnet als 2005. Auch die oralen Antimykotika waren um 5% rückläufig. Die Verordnungen topischer Kombinationspräparate blieben dagegen praktisch unverändert. Insgesamt sind die Veränderungen innerhalb der Gruppen marginal und basieren im Wesentlichen auf wirtschaftlichen Entscheidungen. Über in den beiden Vorjahren hinausgehende Substitutionseffekte lassen sich 2006 nicht festmachen.
