Von C2 bis TH1 bei degenerativen Bandscheibenerkrankungen ventrale Nukleotomie und Dekompression des Spinalkanals und der Neuroforamina mit nachfolgender Spondylodese durch Knochenspan oder Cage und zusätzlicher Plattenfixation. Bei Tumoren und Entzündungen sowie Spinalkanalstenosen Korporektomie zur Dekompression und Ersatz des entfernten Wirbelkörpers durch Knochenspan oder einen metallischen Wirbelkörperersatz mit zusätzlicher Plattenfixation.
