Zusammenfassung

Bei den proximalen Unterarmfrakturen handelt es sich um Verletzungen der an der Bildung des Ellbogens beteiligten Strukturen. Dabei können Ulna oder Radius oder beide Knochen betroffen sein. Des Weiteren können bis zu 3 Gelenke bei einer Fraktur geschädigt werden:

  • Humeroulnargelenk

  • Humeroradialgelenk

  • proximales Radioulnargelenk.
