Auszug

Wie in Kap. 1.1 beschrieben, erfolgt die arterielle Versorgung des Uterus in erster Linie über die A. uterinae. Diese verzweigen sich in die zirkulär verlaufenden Aa. arcuatae, aus denen die Aa. radiales entspringen, welche tief ins Myometrium eindringen und dort in die Spiralarterien münden. Diese entsprechen dem Endstromgebiet des uterinen Gefäßbettes und versorgen das innere Myometrium, das Endometrium, bzw. während der Schwangerschaft die Dezidua.
