Auszug

Mehrlingsschwangerschaften stellen eine Domäne der Dopplersonographie in der Schwangerschaft dar. Dies kommt u. a. dadurch zum Ausdruck, dass zumindest die Schwangerschaft mit diskordantem Wachstum der Kinder eine Indikation zur Dopplersonographie entsprechend den Mutterschaftsrichtlinien darstellt.
