Zusammenfassung
Durch motorische Ersatzoperationen sollen Muskelfunktionen wieder hergestellt werden, die durch direkte Verletzungen von Muskeln, Nerven oder Krankheiten verloren gegangen sind. Mit Hilfe dieser Techniken können auch Funktionen von Muskeln, die durch Wiederherstellung der Nerven nur teilweise oder abgeschwächt wieder gekommen sind, ersetzt oder verstärkt werden. Diese Ersatzoperationen sind ein wesentlicher Bestandteil des integrativen Konzepts zur Rehabilitation nach peripheren (Plexus brachialis) und zentralen Nervenverletzungen.
