Zusammenfassung

Lymphödeme der unteren Extremität treten in Europa zumeist als sekundäre Lymphödeme nach Eingriffen am Lymphsystem an der Leiste oder im kleinen Becken bei der Therapie von Malignomen auf. Sie sind gut hinsichtlich der Lokalisation ihrer Lymphbahnunterbrechung charakterisiert und treten häufig einseitig auf.
