Zusammenfassung

Im Operationssaal erfolgt die Blutstillung über eine Reihe von Maßnahmen. Die direkte Gefäßnaht als Übernähung wird bei Makrowie auch Mikrogefäßen, ggf. unter Lupenbrillensicht oder unter Zuhilfenahme des Operationsmikroskops, durchgeführt. Die Ligatur von Gefäßen wird überall dort vorgenommen, wo das Gefäß entbehrlich für die Organdurchblutung erscheint. Die Elektrokoagulation kann mit der bipolaren Pinzette bzw. monopolar erfolgen. Clips aus Titan oder Kunststoff werden als Alternative zur Ligatur durch Nahtmaterial ersetzt. Sie können jedoch leichter als die Ligatur durch Nahtmaterial dislozieren und auf diese Weise postoperativ zu Blutungsproblemen führen.
