Zusammenfassung
Aufgrund der besonderen Qualität der Haut in der Gesichtsregion, v. a. hinsichtlich von Elastizität und Durchblutung, liegen hier besonders günstige Voraussetzungen für lokale Nahlappenplastiken vor. Die gebräuchlichsten Techniken sind auch in den meisten anderen Körperregionen anwendbar und sollen mit ihrer speziellen Indikation, Vor- und Nachteilen kurz zusammengefasst werden (s. a. Kapitel 12).
